Are we the virus?



The pandemic brought our lives to a temporary standstill, which for many of us was a time of forced self reflection. In this time I started thinking about my role in humanity and our role as humanity on this planet. We are growing almost exponentially. Our actions on this blue marble are increasingly impacting the global ecosystem that we depend on and putting the climate and numerous other species at risk.
Let's pause for a moment of contemplation...

The work has been selected for the edition 365 by the British Journal of Photography and was exhibited in the newart.city exhibition below. I am happy having had the chance to contribute to this unique exhibition which celebrates humankinds collective will to resist, persist and rebuild.
